The Petzl ASAP Lock kit comes pre-assembled with a mobile fall arrester, energy absorber, and connector. This kit provides a ready-to-use personal fall arrest system that meets OHSA fall protection regulations and the ANSI Z359.15 standard.
The ASAP Lock mobile fall arrester is installed on a lifeline and follows the user as they move, whether on an inclined or vertical surface. In case of a slip or fall, the mobile fall arrester locks onto the rope which arrests the user and stops the fall. The ASAP’SORBER AXESS provides energy absorption and limits the average arresting force to less than 900 pounds, in accordance with the ANSI standard.
