Competent Tower Climber and Rescue
Competent Tower Climber and Rescue courses include both classroom sessions, and hands-on experience focused on fall protection theory and proper techniques, for those in the tower industry. We discuss, and run through, the five methods of the fall protection hierarchy, introduce the proper equipment and the correct methods that should be used to protect climbers from the fall hazards that may be encountered when in a tower scenario.
Students will have the opportunity to work with the appropriate equipment, exercise safe climbing techniques, and practice various rescue scenarios, including: self-rescue, ground-based rescue, tower-based rescue and pick-off rescues.
Course takes place from 0830 – 1630 each day.

Authorized climber experience.
Authorized climbers, professional tower technicians and those that work in an at-height situations.
