SPRAT LEVELS I, II, & III
Course Overview
This 4 day rope access training is for SPRAT Certification Levels and concluded by 1 day with SPRAT Evaluator. One level taught per course. These courses teach workers how to safely access structures using two-rope systems, as well as advanced techniques of structural progression and rescue.
Course takes place from 0830 – 1600 each day.
Evaluation Only
SPRAT evaluators will be available for SPRAT I, II or III renewal evaluation on last day of session.
Students challenging the SPRAT evaluation for the first time are required to sign up for the entire course. Signing up for the evaluation day and/or practice days is limited to students recertifying or retaking the test. Recertification students are required to sign up for the evaluation day and at least one practice day at a minimum. At least 2 days is highly recommended.

NIPSTA’s 20-acre campus is located in Glenview Illinois. The campus provides space for public and private first responders to train in a variety of realistic environments.
Required Equipment
All required safety and rope access equipment is provided by Elevated Safety.
Rope Access Kit
You have the ability to purchase a ES approved Rope Access Kit in tandem with this course. The kit will be provided upon arrival. This ES kit includes all the necessary equipment needed by a SPRAT Level 1 Rope Access Technician. Each item has been field tested and selected by the Elevated Safety training and rescue teams. This is one of our top selling kits and is identical to the equipment that every ES Sprat student practices with in our classes.
Discount Available
Elevated Safety is proud to offer a $200 discount to firefighters, police officers, search and rescue team members, active U.S. military and U.S. military veterans, on courses located in Illinois and Colorado. The discount applies to individuals only, and does not apply to groups. To receive the discount, email your name, area of service and course of interest to info@elevatedsafety.com. Once we receive and review your information, we will provide details on how to apply the discount when registering for your course.
Discount does not apply to courses that Elevated Safety team members need to travel to.

Evaluation Only: $515
Evaluators will be available for evaluation on last day of session.
Extra Instruction Day: $270/Day
Additional training day to brush up before evaluation. Option available during checkout.
SELECT COURSE OPTIONS
Customer Cancellation, Refund & Course Transfer Policy
Elevated Safety understands that work schedules, emergency response assignments, shift coverage, illness, and other unexpected circumstances can affect a student's ability to attend a scheduled course. Our cancellation and transfer policy is intended to provide reasonable flexibility while protecting course availability and instructor commitments.
All cancellation and course transfer requests must be submitted in writing to Elevated Safety to Kallie.hunt@harken.com.
Cancellations
Registrations canceled 15 or more calendar days before the course start date are eligible for a 100% refund.
Registrations canceled 8-14 calendar days before the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Registrations canceled 7 or fewer calendar days before the course start date are non-refundable.
Course Transfers
Instead of canceling, students may transfer their registration to another comparable, available Elevated Safety course as follows:
- 15 or more calendar days before the course: No course-change fee.
- 8-14 calendar days before the course: $100 course-change fee.
- 7 or fewer calendar days before the course: $200 course-change fee.
Course transfers are subject to availability and must be requested before the original course begins.
Each registration may be transferred one time and must be used within 12 months of the original course start date.
Once a registration has been transferred, the registration becomes non-refundable and may not be transferred again.
Student Substitutions
Organizations may substitute another qualified student for the originally registered student at no charge, provided Elevated Safety is notified before the course begins and the replacement student meets all applicable course prerequisites.
No-Shows
Students who fail to attend a course without notifying Elevated Safety before the course begins are not eligible for a refund, credit, or course transfer.
