Tower Rescue Technician
Course Overview
This 40hr, 4-day course is designed to provide operations-level and technician-level skills to all participants. The course meets all technician-level requirements outlined in the Tower Rescue Chapter of NFPA 1006 (2021) & 1670 (2017).
Required Equipment
All required safety and rope access equipment is provided by Elevated Safety.

- RF safety
- Tower climbing equipment and techniques
- Tower rescue methods
- Outlined requirements in Tower Rescue Chapter of NFPA 1670
- Written and practical tests
- Note: State certification is not available.

Cancelation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to Kallie.hunt@harken.com. Registrations cancelled prior to 15 days before the start of the course are not subject to a cancellation fee. Registrations canceled 14 to 8 days before the start of the course shall be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations 7 or fewer days before the start date of the course will be charged the full course fee. All fees will be processed on the start date of the course.
