Return Policy
All returned items must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) issued by Elevated Safety. Requests for a RMA number maybe submitted via email to : CustomerService@ElevatedSafety.com
Please include:
- Your contact information
- Reason for return request
- Transaction invoice or invoice number from our Gear Shop
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. RMA requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of products. Depending upon the reason for return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Items returned after 30 days may be refused or refunded as a store credit at our discretion.
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items, see Exceptions below.
Return Exceptions Policy
We do not accept returns on Special Order or Customized Items. This includes rope and webbing cut to non-standard lengths typically offered by the manufacturers.
We do not accept returns on products marked as “clearance” items. If a clearance item arrives broken or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.
