We host SPRAT training courses monthly, in various locations across the US. Typically, the courses take place at the Northeastern Illinois Public Safety Training Academy (NIPSTA), but we also host courses in Colorado and on-location when requested.
SPRAT teaches workers how to safely access structures using two-rope systems, and advanced techniques of structural progression and rescue. We focus on SPRAT because we know that rope access provides a safe, cost-effective, and efficient means of working-at-height, and is applicable to a growing number of industries and trades.
Over the past few weeks, we had the opportunity to record a few SPRAT training videos. These videos provide a look at some of the techniques taught, and why they are valuable. Check out the SPRAT Training videos on our YouTube channel.
Of course, if you are interested in becoming SPRAT certified, check out our upcoming courses.
